Ardbeg Ardcore Revealed
Update: Ardbeg Ardcore launches May 2022!
Labels submitted to the TTB have revealed 2022’s Ardbeg Day release, Ardbeg Ardcore, a peated single malt Scotch whisky created with black malt barley.
The labels are light on tasting notes, describing Ardbeg Ardcore Committee Edition and the general release as exhibiting “aromas of dark chocolate and brittle toffee, with notes of aniseed and charcoal.”
Ardbeg Ardcore Committee Edition and the general release will be bottled NCF (Non Chill-Filtered) at 50.1% ABV and 46% ABV, respectively, and are expected to land in stores in spring 2022.
