Teeling Whiskey Unveils Second Bottling in The Renaissance Series
Teeling Whiskey has unveiled the second bottling in The Renaissance series, a line of limited edition Irish single malts created to celebrate the global renaissance of Irish whiskey.
The second bottling in The Renaissance series is an 18 year old Irish single malt that was aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Australian Shiraz wine casks, imparting “hints of ripe red fruits with sour cherry notes and a delicate soft spice.”
Teeling Whiskey The Renaissance Series No. 2 is bottled without chill filtration at 46% ABV and is limited to just 9,000 bottles. The Renaissance Series No. 2 carries a suggested retail price of €140 (~$155) and will be available in Ireland at the Teeling Whiskey Distillery, The Celtic Whiskey Shop, and select international markets.
