Pursuit Spirits and Shortbarrel Unveil “Found Footage” Collaboration Whiskey
Pursuit Spirits has announced “Found Footage,” a limited-edition collaboration with Atlanta’s Shortbarrel Bourbon.
“Found Footage” marries Shortbarrel’s Sapsquatch maple-finished bourbon with Pursuit’s United Double Oak Rye and is bottled at 112.4 proof (56.2% ABV).
“Found Footage” is described as having aromas of “brown sugar crumbles that melt into Belgian waffles cut with bright ginger syrup.” The palate “opens with brown sugar butter before rolling into chocolate cinnamon doughnuts and a snap of ginger beer.” It finishes with “juicy cinnamon candy, anise cookies, and a light soda fizz.”
Pursuit x Shortbarrel “Found Footage” will be available at Seelbach’s and at Pursuit Spirits on Whiskey Row in the near future and carries a suggested retail price of $99.99 per 700 mL bottle.
