B.R. Distilling Company Launches Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask
B.R. Distilling has announced the launch of Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask was aged in American Oak and finished in sustainably harvested wild-cherry wood casks from the Jura region of eastern France. It features a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, and is bottled unfiltered at a cask strength of 120 proof (60% ABV).
Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask is described as exhibiting “vibrant cherry, warm spice, gentle sweetness, and subtle toasted notes, culminating in an unmistakably unique finish that lingers.”
Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is limited to approximately 6,000 bottles and is available for purchase online via Seelbach’s and in GA, KS, KY, MI, MO, and TN for a suggested retail price of $64.99 per 750 mL bottle.
