Blue Run Unveils USA 250th Anniversary Commemorative Bourbon Packaging
Blue Run Spirits has announced the release of USA 250th Anniversary Commemorative Bourbon, a limited edition presentation of Blue Run Kentucky Straight High Rye Bourbon Whiskey created in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
The limited edition bourbon is bottled in Blue Run’s signature French cut glass at 111 proof (55.5% ABV), with labels printed directly onto the bottle in 22K gold ink. The bottle features Blue Run’s signature Viceroy butterfly medallion in navy blue, accented with white stars and a red-and-white striped tax strip.

Nose: Caramelized praline and citrus peel opening into cherry brightness, with a trace of tobacco emerging as you linger.
Palate: Brown sugar and toasted nuttiness wrapped in rye warmth, followed by a lift of white pepper. Look deeper and stone fruit and dried apricot surface across mid-palate.
Finish: Long and steady, evolving toward notes of herbal tea, peach, and clove. A quiet build rather than a burn – structured, warm, and clean. The more attention you give it, the more it reveals.
