Blue Run Spirits Announces Indianapolis Motor Speedway Commemorative Bourbon
Blue Run Spirits has announced the release of a limited edition commemorative bottle honoring the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS).
The limited edition bourbon is bottled in Blue Run’s signature French cut glass at 111 proof (55.5% ABV). The bottle features Blue Run’s signature Viceroy butterfly medallion, reimagined with a checkered flag pattern as a direct nod to the IMS. The neck label features the official wing-and-wheel insignia of IMS, and the cork closure is protected with a commemorative tax strip.

Nose: Delicious notes of pralines and orange peel, with hints of bright cherry and tobacco.
Palate: Brown sugar and nuttiness start to shine, as a little bit of white pepper pops, but it’s well-balanced, and slowly moves to stone fruit and dried apricot.
Finish: A long finish that progresses to flavors of herbal white tea, peach, and clove.
