Buffalo Trace Distillery Announces Grand Opening of John G. Carlisle Cafe
Buffalo Trace Distillery has announced the grand opening of the John G. Carlisle Cafe – a new, permanent dining destination located within the Elmer T. Lee Clubhouse on the distillery’s grounds.
The 4,900-square-foot facility offers indoor seating for 70 guests, with additional seating on the patio. Primarily serving lunch, the menu features made to order sandwiches, salads, desserts, and more. Buffalo Trace-infused flavors are incorporated into select cafe menu offerings, including bourbon bacon, barrel-aged coffee, bourbon-infused fudge topping, whipped cream, and more. Additionally, the cafe will offer a rotating menu of select cocktails featuring select Buffalo Trace spirits.
