Paul John Announces Christmas Edition 2025
Paul John Indian Single Malt has announced the launch of Paul John Christmas Edition 2025, the eighth release in the annual series.
Paul John Christmas Edition 2025 is an unpeated expression matured for five years in ex-bourbon casks, then finished for three years in 250 liter cream (a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry) casks, and is presented non-chill filtered with no additives at 48% ABV.
Paul John Christmas Edition 2025 is described as having aromas of “ripe plum, dark cherry, candied orange peel, and orange blossom honey, complemented by soft toffee, cocoa, and nutmeg.” The palate exhibits “a refined balance of apple, stone fruits, caramel, roasted nuts, and tropical sweetness, enhanced by notes of spiced rum, butterscotch, and dark caramel.” The finish is “long and creamy, with lingering tones of sweet oak, molasses, dried berries, and a subtle hint of Christmas cake.”
Paul John Christmas Edition 2025 is now available at select retailers for a recommended retail price of between £65.00 for a 70 cL bottle.
