Ross & Squibb Announces Remus Gatsby Reserve 2025 Edition
Ross & Squibb Distillery has announced the release of Remus Gatsby Reserve 2025 Edition, a limited edition bourbon celebrating F. Scott Fitzgerald’s legendary novel, The Great Gatsby.
Crafted by Master Distiller Ian Stirsman and his team, Remus Gatsby Reserve 2025 Edition is a marriage of hand-selected barrels of 15 year old straight bourbon whiskey distilled from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley malt. Remus Gatsby Reserve 2025 Edition is bottled at a cask strength of 102.8 proof (51.4% ABV) and presented in an Art Deco inspired bottle.
Remus Gatsby Reserve 2025 Edition is described as having aromas of “cherry, vanilla, and creamy oak.” The palate exhibits notes of “cherry, raisin, and molasses, with a touch of pipe tobacco and Armagnac.” It finishes with “lingering notes of rich toasted oak and cherry.”
Remus Gatsby Reserve 2025 Edition is available now in highly limited quantities and carries a suggested retail price of $199.99 per 750 mL bottle.
