James B. Beam Distilling Co. has announced the release of Knob Creek 21 Year Old Bourbon, the oldest expression to be released from the distillery and the Knob Creek portfolio to date.

Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), Knob Creek 21 Year Old is described as having aromas of “seasoned oak, caramelized sugar, and subtle smoke.” The palate exhibits notes of “deep caramel and char alongside hints of fruit and toasted oak.” It concludes with “a long, warm finish of toffee and charred wood.”

Knob Creek 21 Year Old is available nationwide in limited quantities for a suggested retail price of $249.99 for a 750 mL bottle.
