Sullivans Cove Releases 25 Year Old Single Malt

Sullivans Cove has announced the release of Sullivans Cove 25 Year Old, the oldest single malt whisky bottled in Australia to date.
Sullivans Cove 25 Year Old was crafted using long fermentations, high-reflux Charentais-style alembic distillation, worm-tub condensation, and maturation exclusively in full-size casks. Two bottlings, each pulled from a single cask laid down in 1999 by early Distillery Manager and Owner, Patrick Maguire, will be available.
Sullivans Cove 25 Year Old Cask Single Cask No HH0056 was matured in a 200L American oak ex-Bourbon barrel, yielding just 134 bottles, and will be available by invitation only. Those interested in this release may inquire about it by sending an email to concierge@sullivanscove.com.
Sullivans Cove 25 Year Old Cask Single Cask No HH0010 was matured in a 300L American oak refill cask, yielding 349 bottles and will be released via ballot at sullivanscove.com.
Additionally, a limited allocation of Sullivans Cove 25 Year Old has been reserved for international markets – London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Singapore – and The Whisky Club.
