Penelope Bourbon Announces Ready-to-Pour Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned
Penelope Bourbon has announced the latest release in its series of ready-to-pour bottled cocktails: the Penelope Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned.
Penelope Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned is crafted with straight bourbon, rye whiskey, apple cinnamon bitters, and simple syrup, and is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Penelope Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned is described as having aromas of “apple pie and warm holiday cider.” The palate exhibits notes of “sweet fruit, rich caramel, light oak, and spice.” It finishes with “cinnamon rolls, vanilla glaze, churro, and tree fruit.”
Penelope Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned is limited to 66,000 bottles and is now available in 12 states – llinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin for a suggested retail price of $29.99. Starting in January 2026, Penelope Apple Cinnamon Old Fashioned will be available in all markets nationwide.
