Barrell Craft Spirits Releases Barrell Bourbon Infinity Single Barrel for Kentucky Bourbon Festival
Barrell Craft Spirits (BCS) has announced the release of its first Barrell Bourbon Infinity Single Barrel, a limited edition which debuted at the Kentucky Bourbon Festival (KBF) last month.
For this release, the BCS blending team selected samples from fifty of their favorite bourbon barrels aged 8-20 years old, blended them together, and bottled the blend at 113.2 proof (56.6% ABV), crafting their own unique interpretation of an infinity bottle.
Barrell Bourbon Infinity Single Barrel is described as having aromas of “milk chocolate, chocolate syrup, cardamom, Graham cracker, vanilla.” The palate exhibits notes of “chai latte, malted chocolate, and thai basil, with savory undertones.” It finishes with notes of “cocoa powder, lemongrass, and chocolate chip cookie.”
Barrell Bourbon Infinity Single Barrel is exclusively available online at barrellbourbon.com for $99.99 per 750 mL bottle.
