Monkey 47 Releases Distiller’s Cut 2025
Monkey 47 has announced the 2025 release of its annual Distiller’s Cut limited edition gin.
Once a year, the Monkey 47 team goes on the hunt for a ‘species rara’ – one extra special botanical – to turn its signature Schwarzwald Dry Gin into a limited edition Distiller’s Cut. The 2025 release, which marks the 15th edition of Distiller’s Cut, is crafted with Fleur de Sel sea salt crystals hand-harvested from the salt marshes of Camargue, a coastal region in southern France.
Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 is bottled at 47% ABV and presented in a 375 mL bottle with an iridescent pale pink and blue label that pays homage to the Camargue’s pink salt marshes and the bright blue skies above. It’s described as “a piquant, elegant dry gin with a touch of the sun’s warmth and the slightest waft of salty sea air.”
Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 will be available starting November 2025 for a suggested retail price of $79.99.
