Bardstown Bourbon Company has unveiled Collaborative Series: Maison Ferrand Finish II, its second collaboration with France’s Maison Ferrand.
To create Collaborative Series: Maison Ferrand Finish II, Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Rye Whiskies aged between 6-12 years were blended and finished for 15 months in Maison Ferrand Cognac casks shipped directly from Cognac, France, then bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV).

Collaborative Series: Maison Ferrand Finish II is described as exhibiting aromas of “decadent black cherry, toasted oak, vanilla cream and rye spice,” leading to a palate of “baked apple, pecan, and raisin, which continues through the finish, creating a balance of rich bourbon and premium cognac, with a kiss of mint.”
Bardstown Bourbon Company Collaborative Series: Maison Ferrand Finish II will be available nationwide beginning August 29, 2025 and carries a suggested retail price of $139.99.
