Brother’s Bond Launches 7 Year Old Bottled-in-Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Brother’s Bond Bourbon has announced the launch of its newest expression, Brother’s Bond Bottled In Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Crafted to meet the strict standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, Brother’s Bond Bottled In Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled from the brand’s first high-rye, three-grain bourbon mash bill of 51% corn, 39% rye, and 10% malted rye and aged in barrels with a deep barrel char for a minimum of seven years — three years longer than required — in a federally bonded warehouse.
Brother’s Bond Bottled In Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey is presented non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It’s described as having aromas of “vanilla, toasted oak, sweet caramel, and subtle baking spices and dried fruit.” The body is “velvety,” with notes of “butterscotch, toffee, a hint of maple syrup, and hints of cinnamon and nutmeg” on the palate. It concludes with “a long finish of pleasant oak, vanilla, and caramel.”
Brother’s Bond 7 Year Old Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey is available at select retailers nationwide and online for a suggested retail price of $59.99.
