Angel’s Envy has announced the release of Angel’s Envy Triple Oak, the first new addition to the brand’s Signature Series in over a decade.

Angel’s Envy Triple Oak is a blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys finished in three types of barrels: Hungarian Oak from Hungary, Chinkapin Oak from Kentucky, and French Oak from France.

Angel’s Envy Triple Oak is bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV) and described as having aromas of “fresh, ripe apricot balanced by rich toasted oak, with highlights of honeysuckle blossom.” The palate exhibits flavors of “bold baking spices from the oak with subtle hints of brioche and vanilla custard,” with “top notes of red plum anchored by fresh tobacco and leather tannins.” It finishes with “a pleasant spice, lingering notes of nutmeg, black pepper, and cardamom, with a refined sweetness of brown sugar, and molasses.”

Angel’s Envy Triple Oak is available now at the Angel’s Envy Distillery in Louisville, KY, and will be available at U.S. retailers and on angelsenvy.com beginning October 1st for a suggested retail price of $74.99.
