Teeling Whiskey Unveils Wonders of Wood Third Edition
Teeling Whiskey has unveiled the Third Edition of Wonders of Wood, a limited edition series of Irish whiskeys created to push the boundaries of flavor by utilizing unique styles of wood for the maturation of Teeling Single Pot Still Whiskey.
The Third Edition in the Wonders of Wood series is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% un-malted barley, triple distilled at Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin and fully matured in virgin Swedish oak barrels.
Bottled at 50% ABV, Wonders of Wood Third Edition is described as having aromas of “light floral notes with citrus fruits, hints of caramel, and cooked barley.” The palate is “rich and full flavored with herbs, candied ginger, almond, and treacle,” concluding with a “dry finish with light black pepper spice and nutmeg.”
Teeling Whiskey Wonders of Wood Third Edition is now available throughout the U.S. for a suggested retail price of $99.
