Orphan Barrel Whiskey Co. has announced the launch of Orphan Barrel Indigo’s Hour.

Orphan Barrel Indigo’s Hour is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey distilled in Indiana from a mash bill of a 68% corn, 28% rye, and 4% malt, aged in Kentucky in new charred white oak barrels for 18 years, and bottled at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), Orphan Barrel Indigo’s Hour is described as having aromas of “creamy vanilla followed by toasted oak, baking spices, and red fruit.” The palate exhibits “subtle hints of caramel, honey, rich vanilla, and spice.” The experience concludes with a “velvety finish with a touch of oak.”

Orphan Barrel Indigo’s Hour is available in limited quantities at a suggested retail price of $225.00 for a 750 mL bottle.
