Evan Williams Bourbon Experience Celebrates 10 Years on Whiskey Row with Limited Release
In honor of its 10th Anniversary on Louisville’s Whiskey Row, the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience – which first opened its doors to the public on November 15, 2013 – has released a commemorative edition of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon.
This 2013 vintage of Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon is comprised of Heaven Hill Distillery’s traditional bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye. The bourbon was barreled in August, October, or December of 2013, and aged on the second floor of Rickhouse LL at the Schenley location for 10 years, before being bottled at 110 proof to commemorate the 10th Anniversary.
The bottle is hand dipped in silver wax and features imagery of the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience on its specially designed label and tag. Each bottle of Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon includes handwritten label notes detailing the exact day it was put in an oak barrel to age, the barrel number, and the date it was bottled.
The limited edition Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon is available for purchase at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience and at select area retailers for a suggested retail price of $109.99.
