Canadian Club Launches The Invitation Series
Canadian Club has announced the launch of The Invitation Series, a limited edition series that will lean into the mastery Canadian Club has honed through more than a century of crafting spirits.
The inaugural release in The Invitation Series, Issue No. 1: Canadian Club Classic 15 Year Old Sherry Cask, sees Canadian Club Classic 12 Year Old go through a second aging in Oloroso sherry casks.
Canadian Club Classic 15 Year Old Sherry Cask is described as having aromas of “toffee and caramel with a hint of sherry.” The palate exhibits “caramelized oak notes” and is “warm and creamy with the added richness and sweetness of sherry.” It concludes with a “long clean finish with hints of oak, vanilla, and sherry.”
Canadian Club Classic 15 Year Old Sherry Cask is bottled at 42% ABV and is available across Canada, excluding Quebec, at a suggested retail price of $89.95 for a 750 mL bottle.
