Michter’s Announces 2023 Release of Toasted Barrel Finish Rye
Michter’s Distillery has announced the 2023 release of Michter’s US*1 Toasted Barrel Finish Rye.
Michter’s Toasted Barrel Finish Rye is made by taking their straight rye at barrel strength and aging it for an unspecified amount of time in a second, custom-made barrel that has been toasted but not charred. The average proof for the toasted rye barrels bottled for the 2023 release is 108.9 (54.45% ABV).
Michter’s Toasted Barrel Finish Rye will be available in limited quantities beginning in September and carries a suggested retail price of $120.
