WhistlePig Launches FarmStock Beyond Bonded Bourbon & Rye Whiskeys
WhistlePig has launched FarmStock Beyond Bonded Bourbon and Rye whiskeys, marking two major firsts for the brand: their first release of a Bourbon whiskey and their first 100% farm-to-bottle whiskeys – harvested, distilled, and aged in Vermont using their own grain, their own water, and their own wood!
WhistlePig FarmStock Beyond Bonded Bourbon was distilled from 51% Dent Corn and 49% Remington and Rifle Rye. Each single barrel was aged at least 4 years, 4 months and 14 days in Vermont Estate Oak barrels and bottled-in-bond in May 2021 at 100.1 proof (50.05% ABV).
WhistlePig FarmStock Beyond Bonded Rye was distilled from 100% Remington Rye. Each single barrel was aged at least 4 years, 1 month and 30 days in Vermont Estate Oak barrels and bottled-in-bond in May 2021 at 100.1 proof (50.05% ABV).
WhistlePig FarmStock Beyond Bonded Bourbon and Rye will be available nationally beginning this month, but you’ll have to act quick – just 40 barrels of each will be available this year.
