Redbreast Pedro Ximénez (PX) Edition Revealed

Labels submitted to the TTB have revealed Redbreast Pedro Ximénez (PX) Edition.
Redbreast PX Edition is a triple distilled Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey initially matured in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry Casks before being re-casked into Pedro Ximénez hogsheads.
The front label describes Redbreast PX Edition as having notes of “mixed fruit compote with a squeeze of orange zest combined with liquorice and wood spices.”
Expect an official announcement with suggested pricing, release date, and more information prior to launch.
