Labels submitted to the TTB have revealed Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition, the second expression in the Redbreast American Oak Series.
Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition is a triple distilled Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey initially matured in American Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry butts, before being finished for 10 months in virgin casks made from oak sourced from the Ozark Forests of Missouri.
Bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), the front label describes Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition as having notes of “nutmeg, cinnamon, rich berry fruits, and vanilla cream.”
Expect an official announcement with suggested pricing, release date, and more information prior to launch.
