Diageo has announced the launch of Spirited Xchange 2.0, the 2024 Special Releases Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection.

This year’s collection features whiskies from the Benrinnes, Caol Ila, Glen Ord, Lagavulin, Mortlach, Oban, Roseile, and Talisker distilleries – eight in total.

Benrinnes ‘Grand Crescendo’
The oldest expression in the 2024 Special Releases collection, this 21 year old single malt from the Benrinnes distillery was matured for eight years in refill casks, then double matured for thirteen years in wine-seasoned American Oak, European Oak, and rejuvenated casks with charred ends. Benrinnes ‘Grand Crescendo’ is bottled at 55.4% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $480.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: Mild in feel at first. Then, rich and full, with fruity aromas in the foreground suggesting baked apple, pear, and peach. They are soon joined by a rich caramel note, calling to mind sweet Scottish toffee. All these aromas are mellow, rounded and appetizing. A dash of water introduces a suggestion of balsawood.

Palate: Firm and full-bodied, with a rich texture. Sweet and richly fruity from the off, the powerful, fresh taste soon becomes deliciously sweet-savory, with a lick of salt amid spicy intensity. A dash of water softens this without losing the spiciness.

Finish: Quite long, finishing smoothly dry and lightly spicy, and lightly mouth-cooling. Similar with water.

Caol Ila ‘Ambrosial Feast’
This unpeated 11 year old single malt from the Caol Ila distillery was matured in refill, rejuvenated, and rejuvenated ex-wine American and European Oak casks. Caol Ila ‘Ambrosial Feast’ is bottled at 57.3% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $110.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: A mellow nose, light in feel. Unexpectedly mild, with unusual nutty-spicy top notes that together suggest an old fashioned dairy, with a creamy cheese being made, open milk pans, and just a trace of cleanliness; the last aroma is the only real hint that this might be Caol Ila, for there are no obvious carbolic or smoky notes. A little water sweetens the nose, bringing up a light hint of fruit. All in all, intriguing.

Palate: Smoothly creamy and mouth-filling in texture and overall, sweetly rich to taste, while at the same time notably fruity and nutty in style, developing a peppery warmth. Different in this way to other unpeated Caol Ila, which can be crisp and grassy. Lightly tannic and drying overall, with an oaky spiciness, this is a truly unusual and beautifully textured malt with layers of fruity, nutty flavor. It is enjoyable at its natural strength, while a dash of water brings out more of the creamy, rich smoothness and emphasizes the fruitiness.

Finish: Of a good length, again nutty, finishing dry and with a pinch of warming spice that carries on in the aftertaste. Similar, though shorter, with a drop of water.

Lagavulin ‘Fireside Tales’
This 12 year old single malt from the Lagavulin distillery was matured in ex-bourbon barrels and refill hogsheads of American Oak, and refill European Oak butts. Lagavulin ‘Fireside Tales’ is bottled at 57.4% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $180.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: Drying in feel, and quite gentle. Fresh, clean phenols rise to the fore at once with aromas of a smoldering bonfire on a distant beach and wood ash, introduced by healingcream and carbolic soap. These are backed by subtle fruity notes, some sweet, suggesting rowan jelly, others hinting at unripe redcurrants. There is more ash in the development. This is smokier with a drop of water, but still not heavily “smoky”.

Palate: Smoothly creamy and really mouth-filling in texture, very sweet to taste at first then quickly drying, with a sprinkling of salt and a controlled smokiness, the intensity lip-tingling. A drop of water brings out the sweetness more but otherwise changes little.

Finish: Long, finally powerfully smoky and drying, with a twist of warming spice that also lingers in the aftertaste. A classic Lagavulin.

Mortlach ‘Midnight Dusk’
This NAS (No Age Statement) single malt from the Mortlach distillery was matured in refill and ex-bourbon American Oak, then finished in Ramandolo white wine and Sangiovese red wine casks. Mortlach ‘Midnight Dusk’ is bottled at 57.5% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $300.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: Surprisingly mild and gentle in feel, with some prickle, yet dry overall and deeply exotic. The heady top notes make a vinous first impression, suggesting white grapes and Manzanilla sherry, before the aroma takes a stroll through the Tropical House of a botanic garden. It becomes lush, floral and fruity: lily-of-the-valley, lightly acidic white currants, mangosteen and lychees, with a background of lemon sherbet fruit sweets. A faint base note of vanilla fudge gradually emerges and develops with time. The impression is light and fresh. A drop of water lifts the citrus fruit notes, adding sweet caramel.

Palate: At natural strength, the texture is smooth and creamy, and the taste is lightly sweet and fruity. Then, it becomes sharper with a more focused acidity, leading to spicy, peppery, and drying tannins. A drop of water initially brings up that fruitiness without diminishing the spice.

Finish: Medium to long, finishing dry, tongue-tingling and warmly spicy with some fruity acidity and a pinch of white pepper. There is less acidity at reduced strength, while the spiciness is now slightly mouth-cooling, suggesting Sichuan pepper.

Oban ‘Coastal Orchard’
This 10 year old single malt from the Oban distillery was matured in refill American Oak and part finished in new fresh charred Oloroso-seasoned American Oak casks. Oban ‘Coastal Orchard’ is bottled at 58% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $120.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: A mellow nose in feel, and quite vivid. The immediate impression is fresh and ‘maritime’ with hints of clean sea air, crystal salt and edible seaweed, but this is soon replaced by light oak and vanilla notes, then a hint of dried mixed herbs mingling with sherried, light fruity notes, together suggesting a summer walk through a Sicilian lemon grove by the sea. All this is supported by a very faint thread of smoke at the base, which becomes oilier if water is added.

Palate: An appealingly thick and creamy-smooth texture introduces a roundly fruity and sweet taste, with hints of orange and lemon, a touch of creamy vanilla, a pinch of sea-side salt and a whisper of gently peppery, oaky spice. A dash of water gently rounds these tastes without altering them.

Finish: Of medium length, ending in that smooth, warm spice. It is still spicy with a dash of water, which introduces more spice and dries the aftertaste.

Talisker ‘Tidal Churn’
This 8 year old single malt from the Talisker distillery was matured in refill and ex-bourbon American Oak, then finished in stone-spun and toasted American Oak casks. Talisker ‘Tidal Churn’ is bottled at 58.7% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $105.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: A mellow nose in feel and dry overall. After a slow start, the first impression is fresh: faintly maritime, as with sea breezes, rockpools and oyster shells, on an earthy, mineral base with a hint of sphagnum moss. A little water develops the maritime notes and calms the spice.

Palate: Very smooth, mouth-filling and creamy in texture, with a powerful taste that is sweet at first and salty midpalate, a striking mineral effect like that found in wines grown on granitic soil, then abundant peppery spice. Lightly drying overall, with a fruit hint of apple and pear. Easier on the palate at reduced strength when the increased saltiness and minerality contrast beautifully with more controlled peppery spice.

Finish: Lengthy, developing plenty of Talisker spiciness, with a Sichuan-pepper mouth-cooling effect in the aftertaste that increases with a dash of water.

The Singleton ‘Autumn Walk’
This 14 year old single malt from the Glen Ord distillery was matured in three parallel paths, respectively in ex-bourbon, rejuvenated ex-wine, and refill casks, the latter all transferred after ten years for extended finishing in a mix of experimental casks with European Oak and unique Pyrenean Oak cask-ends. The Singleton ‘Autumn Walk’ is bottled at 54.7% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $155.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: A mellow nose in feel; mild overall. The first aromas suggest an orange cream cake filling, becoming orange sponge cake with a hint of vanilla. Beneath this lie a faintly waxy suggestion of flaked almonds and a light ‘green’ note, suggesting sugar snap peas or mange tout. A drop of water increases the waxy note.

Palate: A creamy texture, which is quite tooth-coating. The taste starts sweet and center palate, becoming tart, with a strong hint of Seville orange peel, then drying gently as it shows its fierier side with some peppery spiciness. A drop of water sweetens the taste and reduces the tartness yet does not alter the overall profile.

Finish: Long, warming, and spicy, with a mouth-cooling aftertaste. Still spicy with a dash of water.

Roseisle ‘Origami Kite 2’
Only the second ever expression from the Roseisle distillery, this 12 year old single malt was matured in refill and ex-bourbon American Oak casks. Roseisle ‘Origami Kite 2’ is bottled at 55.6% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $150.

Official tasting notes:

Nose: Mild in feel. The top notes are faintly vinous, supported by a slight tart fruitiness recalling unripe redcurrants, which gradually softens and sweetens to creamy vanilla fudge. A drop of water adds a fleeting dusty note. All of this is light and understated.

Palate: At natural strength, soft, ultra-creamy and rich in texture and sweet at first, with hints of vanilla icing and vanilla ice cream, balanced at once by a spirit-spicy complexity that carries a rich fruitiness. The sweetness lasts throughout, and this Roseisle has a richly welcoming taste, both straight and with a dash of water, which softens and appreciably sweetens it, bringing out more fruity notes without removing the spiciness.

Finish: Quite long, finishing richly sweet and lightly spicy with a controlled peppery warmth. It’s a little sweeter with water but otherwise similar.

Diageo has announced the launch of Spirited Xchange, the 2023 Special Releases Scotch Whisky Collection.

This year’s collection is comprised of releases from Clynelish, Glenkinchie, Lagavulin, Mortlach, Oban, Roseisle, The Singleton, and Talisker – eight in total.

The artwork in the Spirited Xchange lineup is illustrated by eight artists across the globe – each one dedicated to the distilleries and the spirits in the collection. The artworks are described as visual tasting notes, placing the expression at the center of the experience and exploring the flavors that emerge from the local spirit casks:

Clynelish ‘The Jazz Crescendo’ is a dulcet symphony of vanilla spice and smooth caramel notes, flowing from its exclusive maturation in ex-bourbon American Oak casks. SRP: $200

Glenkinchie ‘The Floral Treasure’ 27 Year Old expression is one of its most mature bottlings to date, carrying lush floral aromas and sweet flavours resembling a Spring morning. SRP: $400

Lagavulin ‘The Ink of Legends’, finished in a masterful combination of Don Julio Añejo tequila casks, honors the ancient art of tattooing while Lagavulin’s renowned smokiness, rich with bright herbs and juicy plums, is complimented by a lasting finish. SRP: $170

Mortlach ‘The Katana’s Edge’, finished in ex-Kanosuke Japanese whisky and ex-Pinot Noir casks, is illustrated with a golden gleam that represents the flash of umami that cuts through the ripe, fruity sweetness of this stunning expression. SRP: $280

Oban ‘The Soul of Calypso’ epitomizes the essence of the vivid energy of Caribbean culture with vibrant flavors of tropical fruit mango and sugar cane emerging from the Caribbean pot still rum casks. SRP: $140

Roseisle distillery is proud to join the Special Releases collection for the first time with its first public release: ‘The Origami Kite’, etched with sweet vanilla notes and a touch of molasses. SRP: $150

Diageo has unveiled the fourth release of Prima & Ultima, and for the first time ever, the collection of vintage Single Malt Scotch Whiskies is available to collectors in the United States, both as individual bottles and as a complete set.

This release, which comprises first and last bottlings of their kind, tells the story of a never-to-be-repeated moment in time, captured in liquid form, from the last fifty years of Scotch whisky making.

The fourth release of the Prima & Ultima collection is made up of eight vintage Single Malt Scotch Whiskies personally selected by Master Blender Dr. Emma Walker and bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered, and with no color added.

Brora 1977
45 Year Old | 48.2% ABV
Cask: American Oak Hogshead
Bottled: November 3, 2022
Number of Bottles: 794 (700 mL)
SRP: $14,500 USD

An unrepeatable gem from the last hogsheads filled in the last distillation of 1977 on December 15 of that year. Marking the end of the era known as the ‘Age of Peat,’ this feal amber-hued legend is rich and tempting, complex and rewarding on the nose and palate with a unique ‘sweet peat’ character.

Clynelish 1996
26 Year Old | 52% ABV
Cask: Pedro Ximénez/Oloroso European Oak
Bottled: November 29, 2022
Number of Bottles: 889 (700 mL)
SRP: $1,400 USD

A first and last of the kind, these two experimental Pedro Ximenez/Oloroso Casks seasoned European Oak butts provide a new rich sweetness and darkness to this one of a kind Clynelish. Filled in 1996 this maturation has brought a more powerful taste to Clynelish’s crisp charm and is a tribute to those unafraid to plough into a new furrow.

Lagavulin 1997
25-Year-Old | 50.7% ABV
Cask: Refill American Oak
Bottled: February 25, 2022
Number of Bottles: 625 (700 mL)
SRP: $2,300 USD

The final memory of a golden year at the distillery, 1997, when third generation distillery manager Mike Nicolson was custodian of the Lagavulin legacy. This is Lagavulin as it should be, mature, rich and in its pomp, a beautifully rounded example of the power and majesty of this Islay malt.

Pittyvaich 1992
30 Year Old | 55.5% ABV
Cask: Experimental Pedro Ximenez/Oloroso-seasoned European Oak
Bottled: February 20, 2022
Number of Bottles: 609 (700 mL)
SRP: $1,200 USD

Selected as the ultimate example of this little known malt, these are the last ever Pedro Ximénez/Oloroso butts from 1992 and the last of the distillery’s younger liquid as it closed the following year. Standing as Pittyvaich’s last ever 30 Year Old whisky, the richness of character, fruity-spicy aromas and depth of taste make this a very special Single Malt.

Oban 1996
26 Year Old | 55.2% ABV
Cask: European Oak
Bottled: July 19, 2022
Number of Bottles: 428 (700 mL)
SRP: $1,900 USD

The very last 1996 Oban is highly unusual yet delicious with a firmer backbone than is usual for this distillery, making the first appearance of Oban in the Primar & Ultima Collection. Rarely seen at Oban, the refill European Oak delivers a distinctively dry maritime slant to both aroma and taste and hosts a lively peppery spiciness.

Port Ellen 1978
43 Year Old | 53.4% ABV
Cask: American Oak Hogshead
Bottled: October 17, 2022
Number of Bottles: 413 (700 mL)
SRP: $14,500 USD

This vanishingly rare example of an exceptional Port Ellen, richly expressive after forty-three years, comes from the last four precious American Oak Hogsheads from 1978. Created by and tended to by warehouseman Iain MacArthur, who filled the last cask at Port Ellen in 1983, this rare Malt established the character of the distillery celebrated by connoisseurs to this day.

The Singleton of Dufftown 1985
37 Year Old | 47.7% ABV
Cask: American Oak, Hogshead
Bottled: January 21, 2022
Number of Bottles: 511 (700 mL)
SRP: $2,400 USD

Casks which would have otherwise been used as part of a blend were rediscovered during the acquisition of a warehouse. The result is a 37 Year Old masterpiece from the last The Singleton of Dufftown 1985 casks. Slow crafting is the key to The Singleton depth of flavor, and this elegant expression is no exception, with a fruity nose and lightly oily smooth texture formed by patient years in cask.

Talisker 1976
46 Year Old | 50.9% ABV
Cask: American Oak Hogshead, rested in Puncheon
Bottled: December 17, 2022
Number of Bottles: 771 (700 mL)
SRP: $5,800 USD

In 1976, Scotland basked in a once in a lifetime heatwave which made the stills run hot, increasing copper contact to create this highly unusual Talisker. Standing as the oldest-ever release from Talisker, this 46 Year Old Whisky was rested in a single puncheon, imbuing further complexity within this exceptionally rare malt.

Only 413 Prima & Ultima Fourth Release full sets are available worldwide. The recommended retail price for the full set is $44,000 USD. When purchasers buy the complete set, they’ll also receive a miniature set of each whisky.

To register for the opportunity to purchase the fourth release of the Prima & Ultima collection, visit theprimaandultimacollection.com and complete the registration form before October 11, 2023 at 15:00 BST.
The eight and final expression under review from the Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection is Game of Thrones The Night’s Watch – Oban Bay Reserve, a single malt Scotch whisky from the Oban distillery, located in the Highland region of Scotland.

Game of Thrones The Night’s Watch – Oban Bay Reserve Specifications:

Spirit: Scotch.

Classification: Single Malt.

Region: Highland.

Age: NAS (No Age Statement).

ABV: 43% (86 Proof).

Cask Type: Matured in a combination of refill and double-charred ex-bourbon casks, as well as European oak.

NCF (Non-Chill Filtered)? No.

Natural Color? No.

Price Paid: $53.54 for 750 mL.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Amber.

Nose: Fresh squeezed orange, apricot, plum, and floral tea intermingle with barrel char, saline, and a wisp of campfire smoke.

Palate: Light-moderate body. Sweet and malty. The orange, apricot, and plum notes from the nose carry on through the palate and command your attention. Behind the fruit, we find heather, lavender, black tea, and baking spices, as well as vanilla, mild oak tannin, barrel char, light smoke and some salinity.

Finish: Short. The fruit and floral notes fade quickly, allowing the barrel char, smoke, vanilla, and oak notes to briefly take the spotlight, accompanied by very faint herbal notes of menthol and spearmint.

Oban Bay Reserve is an easy drinking, fruit forward single malt that has all the characteristics that fans of the distillery have come to enjoy. However, it’s a lighter and less complex experience than Oban 14 Year Old, and is more in line with the likes of Oban Little Bay. I don’t mind a simple whisky when it’s executed well, but Oban Bay Reserve suffers from its light mouthfeel and short finish, which bring down the overall experience. I’m a sucker for citrus and stone fruit notes and this whisky has them in spades; it’s such a shame that they disappear almost immediately on the finish.

If you can find this on closeout for under $50 a bottle, it may be worth picking up as an alternative to Oban Little Bay. However, I wouldn’t recommend Oban Bay Reserve at full MSRP ($62.99). At that price, you’d be better off spending a little bit more and stepping up to Oban 14 Year Old.

Rating: C+ (77–79%).

A Second Opinion:

My cousin Jayson and I frequently participate in bottle splits and share samples of new releases. When possible, I’ll share his tasting notes alongside mine.

Jayson’s Notes:

Color: Amber.

Nose: Sweet. Artificial fruitiness – orange gummies. Slightly perfumy. Very faint woody smoke reminiscent of the wood filter on Swisher Sweets Cherry cigarillos.

Palate: Sweet. More fruit. Pear, sweet citrus, rice pudding. Somewhat one dimensional, but easy to drink.

Finish: Sweet and light. Not particularly complex, but balanced and with no surprises. Fruit turns into vanilla and caramel.

I didn’t get as much peat on Oban Bay Reserve as I do on Oban 14 Year Old, and not even close to as much complexity. It’s still balanced and easy to drink, albeit light. The best way to describe it is Oban Little Bay, but slightly younger and less complex. Of the Oban expressions I’ve had, the 14 Year Old is by far the best, with a bit of a drop off to Oban Little Bay, followed closely by Oban Bay Reserve.

Jayson’s Rating: B- (80–82%).

Diageo North America has announced the launch of the 2023 Distillers Edition collection in the U.S.

The Distillers Edition collection is an annual release of limited edition Single Malt Scotch Whiskies that are double matured in different types of casks. This year’s Distillers Edition collection consists of six expressions from distilleries across Scotland: Cragganmore, Dalwhinnie, Glenkinchie, Lagavulin, Oban, and Talisker.

Cragganmore Distillers Edition (40% ABV)
“The juicy Cragganmore, port-seasoned casks build sweet wine and fruity complexity, balanced with oaky vanilla spices and a hint of cocoa.”
SRP: $85.00

Dalwhinnie Distillers Edition (43% ABV)
“The exotic Dalwhinnie, in which satisfying hints of tropical fruits and peppery spices, blend seamlessly with warm nuts and honey using Oloroso-seasoned casks.”
SRP: $90.00

Glenkinchie Distillers Edition (43% ABV)
“The sophisticated Glenkinchie is finished in Amontillado-seasoned casks. Striking a balance between light grape sweetness and warming wood-spice with hints of rich dried fruits.”
SRP: $85.00

Lagavulin Distillers Edition (43% ABV)
“The mighty Lagavulin, in which the rich sweetness from Pedro Ximenez-seasoned casks is beautifully integrated with the crescendo of dark smokiness, salt and oak-spice.”
SRP: $125.00

Oban Distillers Edition (43% ABV)
“The smooth Oban, delicately paired with Montilla Fino-seasoned casks for a sweet creamy-smooth enhancement to the fruity and salty Oban style.”
SRP: $95.00

Talisker Distillers Edition (45.8% ABV)
“The enriched Talisker, Amoroso- seasoned casks impart a wonderfully rounded and luscious, fruity sweetness, complementing the familiar crisp, dry peat-smoke and pepperiness.”
SRP: $85.00

The 2023 Distillers Editions are now available at brick and mortar and online retailers across the U.S.

Diageo has officially unveiled the Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection. First teased over the summer, the collection is a set of eight whiskies intended to “honor the great houses and the Night’s Watch” with single malts from Cardhu, Clynelish, Dalwhinnie, Glendullan, Lagavulin, Oban, Royal Lochnagar, and Talisker.

The Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection will be comprised of the following releases:

House Baratheon – Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old, 40% ABV, SRP: $64.99

House Greyjoy – Talisker Select Reserve, 45.8% ABV, SRP: $44.99

House Lannister – Lagavulin 9 Year Old 46% ABV, SRP: $64.99

House Stark – Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost, 43% ABV, SRP: $39.99

House Targaryen – Cardhu Gold Reserve, 40% ABV, SRP: $39.99

House Tully – The Singleton of Glendullan Select, 40% ABV, SRP: $29.99

House Tyrell – Clynelish Reserve, 51.2% ABV, SRP: $59.99

The Night’s Watch – Oban Bay Reserve, 43% ABV, SRP: $62.99

When the collection was first teased, it appeared to consist of both repackaged and original whiskies. We asked a Diageo representative for clarification and were told “White Walker by Johnnie Walker and all of the Single Malt Scotch whiskies in the Game of Thrones Collection are new to the U.S. However, Game of Thrones House Targaryen – Cardhu Gold Reserve and Game of Thrones House Baratheon – Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old are currently sold in select global markets.”

The Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection will be available nationwide starting November 2018, alongside White Walker by Johnnie Walker, a Game of Thrones inspired blended Scotch whisky.

Update: The Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection Releases November 2018!

This morning we reported on the Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection, a set of eight whiskies being released to “honor the great houses and the Night’s Watch” with single malts from Cardhu, Clynelish, Dalwhinnie, Glendullan, Lagavulin, Oban, Royal Lochnagar, and Talisker.

Labels for all eight bottles have since popped up in the TTB database, revealing new information about the whiskies that will make up the collection:

House Baratheon – Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old (40% ABV)

House Greyjoy – Talisker Select Reserve (45.8% ABV)

House Lannister – Lagavulin 9 Year Old (46% ABV)

House Stark – Dalwhinnie Winter’s Frost (43%)

House Targaryen – Cardhu Gold Reserve (40% ABV)

House Tully – The Singleton of Glendullan Select (40% ABV)

House Tyrell – Clynelish Reserve (51.2% ABV)

The Night’s Watch – Oban Bay Reserve (43% ABV)

It appears the Cardhu, Dalwhinnie, and Royal Lochnagar releases will be of existing whiskies in new Game of Thrones inspired packaging, while the Clynelish, Lagavulin, Oban, Singleton, and Talisker will be new releases crafted specifically for the Game of Thrones collection.

Taking into consideration the retail price of the existing Cardhu, Dalwhinnie, and Royal Lochnagar whiskies, along with the young age statements and lack of age statements across the entire line-up, we predict all whiskies in the collection will land on retail shelves in the $35-$75 range.

The Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection releases this fall alongside White Walker by Johnnie Walker, a Game of Thrones inspired blended Scotch whisky.

Earlier this year, we reported on Diageo’s plan to release a Game of Thrones inspired blended Scotch whisky, White Walker by Johnnie Walker. Diageo’s partnership with HBO won’t end there, as a teaser posted to Twitter has revealed plans to release a collection of eight Game of Thrones inspired single malt Scotch whiskies this fall.

The Game of Thrones Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection will “honor the great houses and the Night’s Watch” with whiskies from Cardhu, Clynelish, Dalwhinnie, Glendullan, Lagavulin, Oban, Royal Lochnagar, and Talisker.

Expect another announcement with more information, including pricing and availability, prior to launch.
